Welcome to East Devon Art Academy

We provide weekly classes suitable for absolute beginners through to experienced painters. In addition we host one to five day workshops in a wide range of media for artists of all abilities. These are taught by top nationally and internationally renowned visiting artists.

In the summer months we run a Summer School over several weeks. Please see our Workshops page for an up-to-date listing and our Tutors page for more information about our tutors.

Weekly Classes

Drawing, painting, oils, watercolour and mixed media. Monday to Wednesday, for adults and young students.

Young Students & Painting Group

Young Students' Classes

Ages 5 to 8: Wednesday 4 to 5pm
Ages 8 to 14: Wednesday 5.15 to 6.15pm
£50 for five lessons. All materials supplied.

Tuesday Painting Group

A chance to get together with like-minded people to paint and draw in a calm environment. Tuesday evenings, 6pm to 8pm. £6 a session.
